CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We at GM Group believe in giving the customers the assistance that they need as much as we can. With this, we have developed a liberal cancellation policy for proper order of things.

The following points are what comprised the said policy:

  • We acknowledge cancellations only if the customer has filed a request within 48 hours of placing an order.
  • We do not accept any cancellation of order once the customer has made the payment. There shall be no possibility of refunds, with the exception of GM Group’s cancellation or non-performance of service.

However, in the event that you are in need of refund, please read our Refund Policy to be informed of the circumstances that we allow a refund.

Before you file a request for a refund, please note that GM Group is not liable for a refund in the cases of Force Majeure or any event that is out of our control, such as flood, fire, earthquake, riots, power/internet interruption, technical glitch, hacking, etc.
